Our story
A lab for building — and for learning.
A.B. Labs is a new company. We started it because two needs kept appearing side by side: organizations that need software and AI systems that are genuinely well engineered, and people looking for practical, hands-on ways to learn how that technology is made.
Rather than choose between them, we built a company that does both. Building real products keeps our teaching grounded; teaching keeps us rigorous about how — and why — we build the way we do.
Philosophy
Technology is a means, not the goal.
We care about what software makes possible — for a business, a team or a person learning to build. Every decision starts with the problem and the people involved, then works back to the technology.
Engineering mindset
