They do not replace a separate agreement you sign with us for project work or for a course. Where a signed agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement applies.

You may read, share and reference the pages on this site for your own personal or business use.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, reach parts of it that are not public, scrape it at a scale that affects other visitors, or use it to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

The name A.B. Labs, our logo, and the text, design, code, illustrations and course outlines on this site belong to us or are used with permission.

You may quote short extracts with attribution. Reproducing substantial parts of the site or our course material, or presenting it as your own, requires our written permission.

The information on this site — including services, technologies, course outlines, durations and levels — is here to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is not an offer, a quotation or a guarantee of availability.

Sending an enquiry, and our reply to it, do not by themselves create a contract. Project work begins only under a written agreement covering scope, timelines and fees.

Course outlines describe what we intend to teach. Content, tools, schedules and delivery may change as technology changes and as a cohort is planned.

Registering interest in a course does not reserve a place. Fees, dates, delivery format and enrolment terms are confirmed per cohort, in writing, before a course begins.

What you take away from a course depends on your own work during it. We do not guarantee employment, certification or any particular result.

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will always be available.

We may change, move or remove any part of the site, including these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.

Some pages link to websites we do not control. Those links are offered for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of the sites they lead to.

As far as the law allows, A.B. Labs is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
